Quick Answers Before Booking.

  • When booking your order online, you will see the different Bundles we offer. Select the service you are wanting and it has everything you need you can skip the Ad-Ons page and continue booking.

  • Yes! Any services can be added to any bundle. When booking your appointment, you can look at the Add-Ons services to see what is available.

  • Yes, after your place your order online, you can simply send an email to sara@photographynorthcarolina.com and she will be able to help with this. Please note that depending on the changes we may have to adjust the time/date of your appointment.

  • On our Book Now page you will see a map that shows our serviceable area. Anything outside that boundary would require a travel charge based on distance to the appointment. For areas far outside that boundary, we may not be able to assist with your appointment.

  • No payment is need upfront however when the job is completed, the full invoice will need to be paid to receive your files. Depending on the bundle we may send only photos as those do not take as long as videos, but everything is usually sent out within 24-48 hours of the completed job.

  • Yes, we want to make sure you are happen with the final product! If changes are requested, we will make every effort to get those changed files back to you as soon as possible.
