Below is a map showing our serviceable areas. Everything inside the boundary is included without a travel fee. Anything outside of the boundary will require a travel charge. The distance form the outlined boundary will determine the travel charge amount.
WHAT'S INCLUDED?
Up to two (2) hours on location
Images at (3600 x 2400) 300 PPI high resolution color for print and web.
Limited license is granted to the purchaser for use of the images for marketing (in print and online) for a period of five (5) years from invoice date. Images are NOT available to any third party without express written consent from Jordan Younce North Carolina Photography.
Limited license also allows for images to be given to any purchaser or real estate agent for use to market the home for sale until it closes.
Between 24-48 hour turn-around after shoot is completed.
POLICIES
SCHEDULING - Please contact us via phone/text (336.939.6236) or use the Book Online Form. When scheduling, we understand agents need to check with sellers before committing to a time. In this case, we can hold the date/time for up to 24 hours. If confirmation is not received within that time frame, the date/time will be released.
COMMERCIAL CLIENTS - All commercial clients will be required to pay a 50% deposit for any job over $400.
RESCHEDULING - We understand that events may occur that are out of the control of the agent (ie, sickness, property destroyed due to weather conditions, etc), and we are happy to reschedule. If a request is made within 24-hours of the photoshoot, a $50 fee will be billed and required to be paid prior to rescheduling.
CANCELLATION - If a cancellation occurs within 24-hours of the photoshoot, a cancellation fee of $50 will be invoiced. If the job is canceled the day of the shoot, the full service fee will be billed.
WEATHER - Jordan reserves the right to cancel a job in the event of inclement weather. He will not travel if driving conditions are deemed unsafe. He cannot fly the drone in the rain. If the job needs to be rescheduled, Jordan will make every attempt to reschedule ASAP.
PAYMENT - Once the photos are delivered, an invoice via Quickbooks will be sent, to be paid within 7 days. Cash, check, or online payments are accepted. We do not accept Venmo, CashApp, or any other mobile payments. If a client requesting the job is not an agent, payment will be due prior to receiving the photos/videos.
PETS - All pets, including cats and dogs, need to be crated or removed from the house at the time of shoot. If they are not, they may appear in the photo and "photoshopping" them out will not be allowed.
EDITING - While some advanced editing such as sky replacements may happen, no "photoshopping" will be allowed for the photos. This is done to protect both the photographer and the agent as it could result in misrepresentation.
USAGE - All photos are allowed to be used by the commissioning agent until the home sells for up to five (5) years. If the home is not sold by such date, new photos can be acquired or a new usage agreement can be created. Jordan Younce North Carolina Photography owns all rights to all photos and video taken and only grants usage rights.
TERMS
When using the services of Jordan Younce NC Photography, you have the rights to use the products. You agree that the rights to use the products, photos, video, design and any other service provided by Jordan Younce NC Photography, have been granted only to you. You agree not to transfer, assign, or sub-license your rights to use the products delivered to anyone without written permission of the copyright holder
Your rights permit the use of the products for marketing purposes only including multiple listing services, however, your rights do not permit third-parties to copy, display, or distribute our work for the purpose of providing services competitive with our products unless we give written permission.
For real estate, these rights are valid indefinitely so long as you have the listing. If you no longer have the listing, your usage rights are void. If anyone asks for your rights to use the products, you agree to refer them to the copyright holder. If we agree to allow others to use the products, an additional license fee may be required. We agree not to use the products in a way that violates your rights.
For commercial properties or any project deemed commercial use, a separate terms and conditions along with copyright information will be provided. These terms vary depending on the project. Jordan Younce NC Photography will still hold full copyright ownership of the services. All commercial clients will be required to pay a 50% deposit for any job over $400.
