This past week I had the chance to photograph a custom-built home by Gingerich Homes. I have done work for them in the past and it is always a treat to be able to capture the expert craftsmanship and amazing design they put into their homes.

One of my favorite things from this photoshoot was the twilight image of the exterior. My twilight images are not just taking one shot of the front of the building at sunset but a strategic light-painting technique that lights up the home in specific spots. This twilight image in particular was a combination of 21 images put together to make one image.

My other favorite photo from this shoot was the amazing kitchen. For this I used a multi-flash lighting technique to make sure the image showed depth. I also placed a flash outside of the kitchen window on the right side of the image to fire into the kitchen. This creates the illusion that the sun is shining into the windows and makes the kitchen appear brighter and more inviting.

Along with the ground photography, twilight photography, and drone photography included in the Enhanced Bundle, I also produced a cinematic video tour to accompany the listing.
