Matterport 360 Virtual Tours essentially give you the chance to offer a 24/7 open house for your listing. Using our virtual tours, your potential buyers will be able to look at every inch of your listing and walk through the property as if they were there. These tours can be easily added to your MLS listing via the “Virtual Tour” section and can be viewed on a desktop as well as a smartphone. Matterport® tours are hosted for a three month period or until the property is sold and closed. If the Matterport® scan is requested to remain online/hosted longer, an additional yearly fee will be added.
These Matterport Tours can also be viewed in Virtual Reality! If you have a supported VR headset, such as a Oculus Quest, you can view them in full VR at no additional charge. Want to test it out? Follow the steps here to see an example!
