My passion for photography started in 2005 when I had my first digital camera. I never really took anything special with it (family, friends, etc.) but the photo that set me on my path in photography was a photo of the American Flag at the top of a City Hall building. It wasn't the greatest photo of course but I knew it had potential.
After that, I decided to study the art of photography. That involved watching hours upon hours of YouTube videos, reading photography manuals, and after going back to college to train for a different career path, getting Certified in Photography from Guildford Technical Community College.
I love to photograph anything and everything but I have a real passion for Real Estate and Architectural Photography. Just the feeling of stepping into a home or business and capturing the mood on camera is a rush for me. I really don't want to make a "carbon copy" of a scene, I want to give potential viewers of the image a feeling of wanting to live or visit that space.

Sara Younce is the brains of our operation. She handles mostly all of the logistical elements including but not limited to scheduling, client correspondents, invoicing, quotes and more. Even though she is currently employed as a full-time EC Teacher in the Guilford County School System she still handles most of the email and text communication to help with making sure we respond as quickly as possible to our clients.
Sara and I are the proud parents of two wonderful boys, Cooper and Remington. It is truly a dream come true that I am able to create my own schedule and spend more time with my amazing wife and kids.

The Bailey South project stands out as a redevelopment project, melding six stories of new construction with the repurposing and repositioning of an existing building, and two smokestacks, with a rich history.

Commercial Real Estate Awards 2021: PROJECT SLUGGER

Project Slugger (later rebranded as 400 Bellemeade) is a nine-story, 117,160-square-foot building built next to the Greensboro Grasshoppers baseball stadium. The high-rise project provides class A office space in downtown Greensboro. Construction presented a challenge, due to the project's proximity to the ballpark, and designers made sure the building's look fit well with the stadium.
